However, scientists at the University of Calgary believe there’s one factor that has been overlooked.

These scientists believe that they can create a better pair of running footwear by examining comfort level more critically. They suspect that there may be a relationship between the comfort a shoe provides and its effects on the wearer’s biomechanics, and are currently planning a study to test their conjecture.
